Useless and unprofessional service from King Price Insurance.

I was involved in a car accident on 13 March 2020 and King Price has been the most disappointing. We've had absolutely no communication from them. No one kept us in the loop with regards to the progress of the repairs. To make it worse, we got a call from Europe Cars informing us they are collecting the courtesy car which they have collected but we still don't know when we are getting our car back. I spoke to Nkateko in Repairs this morning and he said he would find out if the courtesy car would be extended and he would call back and I'm still awaiting that call. MJ Gouws who was assigned as our consultant has been absolutely useless. I sent an email this morning and he still has not responded.

We were told by the penal beaters this morning, after enquiring with King Price, that they are waiting for the airbag sensor from Germany....then what do we do in the meantime? Can we have our car back? I am really disgusted by the poor service.
