Used WhatsApp service to enquire about something. The agent Zwelithini Zikhali, called me back and explained that he would be transferring my call to the correct department. I was very happy at how quickly Zwelithini Zikhali attended to my query, also how great he conducted himself over the phone and how he explained that he would be transferring the call. Thanks for the swift and efficient response
