Urgent request for assistance

I have a complaint regarding king price insurance.i registered a claim with them on the 21-04-2019.my car it was raining heavily the were floods all over the roads.i was driving home when my car suck up the water to the engine.then the car couldn't start.i telephone king price regarding the incident.they despatch the tow truck from first help.i registered my claim with the insurance.claim number ckp ********** /1.they send the assessors to assess the car.the assessors recommended that the car be written of.then they send water specialist who gave the report that it was not a water damage incident,but a mechanical fault.im treated unfairly by my insurance.y our urgent assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated
