I hade to change some information on my policy that I have with King Price. Emmanuel Jiane he was very friendly and helped me with the updating of the information with a smile, he was very helpful, provisional and had a good understanding of the system.

He updated the information and with in a few minuets from the conclusion of the call I received a email from him confirming the information and it was correct. I'm very happy with the service I received.

If I must rate from 1 as very bad to 10 as exceeded expectation I'm of the opinion that I will say 100 for fast, friendly and accurate assistance. Keep it up and awesome things will come,
