Untrue information

I canceled my insurance with king price and when I started shopping around for new insurance got the shock of my life. They reflect on the systems that I was paid out in 2018 & twice in 2020. Which is untrue I send emails requesting feedback as to when they paid out and to who and to date no reply I would not recommend them to anyone
