Really pathetic, a client remains on cover for 1 year and 8 months 1 claim that was handled badly at the point called in to speak to retentions and I am told that my mom inlaws profile has no discount and it's under going a renewal on August so because I must be brainless march and August is so far apart what does that have to do with not getting a review on premiums I mean client is over 60 and still a client with king price what ratings do you guys have, ridiculous is an understatement clien care/retentions can't even answer a simple question of what is the loss ratio how un educated are your team?
