************ Dealings with King Price Insurance

I was contacted on 22/04/2016 by an employee of King Price. After giving him a chance and many calls later, a lower premium was offered and I was interested in changing my Insurance to King Price. All relevant details had been onpassed verbally and I was told I would receive a copy of the policy that same day so I could check the details etc. When I didn't receive it, I emailed the person who contacted me and he said he would get Client Care to "resend". Technically it wouldn't be "resending" as I never received it in the first place. However by the end of the day, no policy had been received. I sent a few emails on 25/04 asking for the policy again, and after no responses were received, was very irate and cancelled the "policy" via email. If I had received such ***********/inefficient service just at the beginning, I didnt want to take a chance to go through with it thinking about how they would process claims if the customer service was so disappointing. A day or 2 later another person from King Price contacted me and I complained that no policy/confirmation was ever received and I cancelled the Insurance on email, he gave me additional email addresses to send my cancellation through to. Would you believe, many many emails later, I still had no response. Since I didn't ever receive the Insurance Policy, I took it as everything was cancelled as I requested on numerous occasions.

Was quite a surprise to me when my account was debited on 01/06/2016 like magic. Unbelievable!!! I didn't even know I had an Insurance Policy, let alone what the policy number was and King Price debits my account. I work extremely hard for my money and at the end of the day, I will not let some thieving company ***** from me. I reversed the debit order yesterday, 03/06/2016. After explaining to my bank the events that occurred, they strongly advised me to contact King Price and sort out immediately. Apparently this one of the under-handed tactics they could use: changing the policy number and debiting my account again.

Received an email early this morning, 03/06/2016 from *** which was a general email with content covering a missed debit and a "grace" period of 15 days from payment date will be given and just a whole lot of nonsense. This morning I rep**** to that email address and added all the other addresses I had used and no response as yet. I do not wish to waste any more time on calls than that which has been already, I expect a response in writing confirming cancellation of the policy.

I want unsuspecting people to be aware of the ************ dealings of King Price. It is not worth it trying to save a few bucks when you have more grief/hassle than you ever had before.
