<div>I took a policy with them on 29 April 2022, with a premium of R208 for cellphone insurance. A month (May 2022) later I received a letter indicating my premium has gone up by R100 to R310, due to an annual review of my policy. The only policy I had with them was the one taken on the 29 April 2022 and I haven't claimed from the insurer since taking my policy as well. The practice of increasing my premium a month after I took the policy is certainly dissatisfactory!</div>
