UNSATTISFIED CUSTOMER
I PUT IN A CLAIM FOR A LEAKING GEYSER ON MONDAY 14.010.2024 CLAIM GOT AUTHORIZED ON TUESDAY. GEYSER GOT INSTALLED ON WEDNESDAY AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO KING PRICE. GEYSER INSTALLED BUT ELECTRICAL WORK NOT DONE. SO NO HOT WATER, ONLY COLD WATER. ITS NOW THE 4TH DAY, COLD WATER BATH. I HAVE BEEN CALLING , KING PRICE SAYS MATTER HAS BEEN ESCALATED. TO DATE NO FEEDBACK. I WANT MY GEYSER CONNECTED TO ELECTRICAL OR IM I SUPPOSED TO USE A GEYSER WITH COLD WATER. KING PRICE YOUR SERVICE SUCKS

One week is more then enough time for your authorization to be done.
