Unsattified client

I am really noy satisfied by the service i got from King price insurance....i clained for my tv it was finalised ans ready for delivery, no one ever told me of the excess fee of R1500 i need to pay out of my pocket, i was rold previously that it will be deducted from the quotation, and that i dont need to pay any of it. I was reffered by family and friends to take out insurance at king price because they had good service and even they never paid excess fees from they pockets. They was offered vouchers where they deducted the excess fee and was paid the difenrence. I spoke to a lady by the name of sone and she made it clear that no one has to tell me that the excess fee will be paid by me..... this is unacceptable i am really not happy with this service. Im paying for insurance where i can actually just go and buy a tv cash. I would like to cancel my insurance and want my money back for the previous months that i paid on this insurance, i will go to an insurance company who is fair to its clients.
