unsatisfied with service
I have lodged a Third Party Claim with King Price Insurance as I'm not their (King Price Insurance) client after I got involved in an accident with their client, I sent them all the necessary documents to process my claim but after two months nothing has happened nor has my car been assesed for the damages. How long does it take for a claim to be processed as now I'm on a third month but I'm still in the dark as to how far is my claim and as to when is my car going to be taken in for repairs. I'm completely unsatisfied!!!!
