Hello Peter,
I met an accident on the 21st December 2020 and called King Price to lodge a claim. To date (12 January 2021) the claim has still not been approved.
I have been with King Price for over 6 months. The lame excuse I've received is that they are checking my previous insurance company to see if there are any discrepancies.
This is totally unacceptable. King Price has shown extremely poor service delivery.
Please assist me. I have 2 kids and no vehicle for 22 days with no results. When they eventually approve the claim in not sure how long that will take.
I urge you to please help me.
