Unsatisfactory treatment from King price.

Good day,I'm Sondliwe Mosia,on the 23rd of September 2020,I was involved in an accident where the range rover insured with King price bumped into my car,the driver of the range rover was over taking on a curve and lost control of her car and bumped into my car,after the collision I confronted her and reliazed that she was intoxicated of alcohol and her vehicle was smelling of alcohol, was taking to hospital for treatment as I sustained injuries on my right hand,few days later her insurance king price gave me a call to find out details of the accident, I was then given a third party claim no:ckp ***/1,which I logged a claim and was told my claim will be at standstill until their client's claim is being processed and finalized, I kept on making follow ups every week since the accident was told by the gentlemen by the name of Steven Coetzee who is handling the claim that they still awaiting for the main claim to be finalized, on Monday the 19th October 2020 I called again to make follow up spoke to Steven Coetzee who asked if I have a witness who saw what happened and I indicated to him that the only witness that saw what happened was my wife who was driving another vehicle behind, so now the insurance is telling me that the witness I have is not credible since she is my wife, how can king price protect someone who was intoxicated,now its almost a month don't have a car to go to work its so frustrating, can you please help me to resolve this urgently.
