Unsatisfactory treatment

During 6 May 2021 our area was hit by a huge storm and torrential rain. I submitted a claim and waited for the insurance to come back to me. I had to phone several times for them to sent a assessor. No communication. When the assessor came eventually after more then 19 days. The claim was disapproved without any explanation nor reason
