Unsatisfactory Service - King Price
Very unsatisfied with service of King Price Insurance. Vehicle was sent in for repairs after an accident. Repairs have not been completed and vehicle was returned to me. Sent vehicle back twice to two of their repairers and it was returned to me with more problems if not worse. King Price does not attend to you queries and complaints . The do not respond to any emails. No after sales service. Premiums up to date and never skipped a month in payment, but am getting unsatisfactory quality and service. No joy whatsoever.
