Unsatisfactory Service

First of all i would like to advice anyone thinking of joining KingPrice Insurance that please look for something better.

My car was involved in an accident on the 9th of April when i was on my way from work , i reported the accident in the morning as i had no transport to go to the police station and car had a funny noise when i took it home, KingPrice only collected my car on the 13th of April from my house which i had to call to follow up on them as to when the car will be collected, my car stayed at the pannelbeaters waiting for assessment for about 3 weeks which i also had to follow up as they told me they had appointed an assessor the assessor was not there until i called again, the assessor only assessed my car on the 28th of April , after the assessment i was called by theire “investigator” he asked me for all the confidential documents including my work clockings and bank statements, i was asked for my credit Cards statements aswell , he also gave me a form to sign so that they can access my phone records from Telkom , after all that i am still waiting now for almost a month and the repaires on my car have not started.

At KingPrice you are Guilty and they will do theire investigations to probe you are guilty so they do not fix your car, if you are with them go and change insurance or stay with them if you love inconvenience, they are happy to have your money but do not wanna deliver to theire promises.
