Unsatisfactory reasons provided for my rejected claim - claim KP***-KPW014047

I submitted a claim on my vehicle in May 2024, relating to a motor warranty that I took out specifically on this car. The claim was rejected on the 4th of July for reasons that are very unsatisfactory and unsubstantiated. I challenged the claim and attached extracts of what their policy says and what I understood it to be. I challenged the claim on 8th July 2024, till today I have not received any correspondence, be it email, phone call or otherwise! I don't think ******ing people by not doing what you state on your policy is ethical!!!!
