unsatisfactory client claim

July I had an accident with the other person. I paid for the other persons car. I lodged a claim with my insurance for R20, 205. 36 which I repaired the car for. They explained to me that I shouldn't pay third party next time. I understood. The claim was taken in for authorization. To my surprise they want to pay me back R3000. I pleaded that R3000 is too low as I don't have money . They refused. I am very disappointed with the service, I have been with this insurance for 3+ years my first accident. Me and my kids will be changing the insurance. You only know how the insurance is when you claim.
