Unreliable, unfriendly rude and *********

I locked my keys in the car and phoned for help but been taken from pillar to post. Was being told different time frame for turn over and after 1h 15minutes the guys calls he was only leaving and kept telling me he is 15km away. He was very rude and *********. My first call was totally a nightmare. Very unreliable and and was told I will be called back and no one even bothered. This is so irritating
