UNRELIABLE INSURANCE COMPANY KING PRICE WITH EMPTY PROMISES

This has reference to my complaint on the 23 April 2019, no feedback has been received from King Price. Instead I get emails indicating that they've contacted me with no response. This is not true. I was also informed that I spoke to a certain Jason Badenhorst to cancel my policy - I've requested a record of that conversation & so far I haven't received it as it doesn't exist. I'M DISAPPOINTED IN KING PRICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AS THEIR SERVICE SUCKS / NON EXISTENT. MY CAR IS DAMAGED BY THE LOCKSMITH APPOINTED BY KING PRICE I SUBMITTED PHOTOS ON WHATSAPP AS REQUESTED BY THEIR SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME OF GEORGE ON CELL NO ********** 198. FIX MY CAR SO I CAN MOVE TO A BETTER INSURANCE COMPANY.
