Unreasonable line of questioning and lengthy claims process

I'm shocked and appalled by the unreasonable questions asked by one Anton Niemann the assessor working for King Price on my claims case. The accident happened on the 15th of March and to this day the so-called investigation is still on going. The one question that really got to me is: do you know how deep your tyre threads need to be in order to consider your tyres roadworthy?

Is this a question that needs to be directed to me as a client? Now they want to send their so-called tyre specialists, to do what? What's their criteria on worn out tires? I'm still shocked that when you need your insurance at such critical moments these are the type of questions one has to put up with. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my family or friends.
