Unprofessional service from legal claims department

Highly unprofessional legal claims consultant Lesedi Masilela... Ignores my email when I ask about the main claim and then sends me a letter saying my claim was rejected but the letter is addressed to a MR. Moodley with a different reference number. The reason for the rejection doesn't make sense either.

I would like for my case to be moved to another consultant?... as I do not have confidence in the consultants work or work ethic as it may jeopardise my case unnecessarily which may lead to a negative outcome for an accident.
