Unprofessional, passive aggressive retention staff in King Price that interrupt you and hang up on you when you are still speaking to them.

I called King Price this morning for assistance regarding a pothole incident to find I did not have Tyre and Rim cover on my policy. Fair enough. After discussion with the claims dept on my next actions I was transferred to retention. Spoke to an agent in their retention dept that was passive aggressive, speaking over me and making unnecessary remarks "Can I speak" when I was still speaking. Disgraceful behaviour. I was stuck on the side of the road having to deal with this kind of experience from this King Price representative who had zero empathy just telling me how he is going to pull recordings stating terms and conditions. He also hung up the call when I was still busy talking and I received a cancellation notice within less than a minute. Due to this experience I had with this individual I've decided to no longer have anything to do with King Price. I will return King Price once I have a written apology regarding the unprofessional experience with the retention financial advisor.
