Unprofessional conduct & cancellation

My daughter recently received her drivers license & on the 17.02.2015, I sent them a copy of her drivers license to be added on my policy as a driver. I explained to them that she would like to be the regular driver as she needed to use the car 4 days to go to university. The consultant that took my call said he will have to discuss this with his manager as she was only 18 years old & regarded as high risk which I understood. He promised to call me back to discuss the premium loading but did not. To my surprise, on the 25th March an amount of R1442 was debited to my acc. I was advised it was due to my daughter being added as the regular driver. I explained that NO ONE contacted me to discuss this before deducting that premium which was ********* & I did not authorise that deduction. The problem was eventually sorted however I found a cheaper qoute and have been trying to cancel the existing policy with KP since the 10.03.2015 via email, telephonically etc. I have been made so many promises & to date, the policy has not been cancelled. I would like the cancellation to be effected & my prorata premium refunded as from 10.03.2015.
