Unprofessional agents

I was recently contacted by one of your call centre agents about car insurance. After I politely declined, the agent ended the call by saying “buckle up your seatbelt,” which I experienced as a threat and found highly unprofessional.

Customers should be treated with respect regardless of their decision. Please ensure your agents are better trained on how to handle rejections appropriately.
