unprocessed claims

on the 31 of may 2015 my car was involved in a accident but still driving the car I submitted a claim the following day but still the claim is not yet finalized when I call them they say they still busy with the claim after 22 days and I have decided to take my to other panelbeaters at my expenses and its not the first claim not to be attended the first one was mags claim I could not get assistant until I fixed myself. The only thing I want now is to cancel the policy because its useless.
