Unprocessed claim

I made a claim at king price and it was rejected because i did not report it to the police station first.

I made the claim telephonically and the consultant did not even advice me to report the claim first as if they wanted me to make a mistake and reject the claim. I was never told or T&C read to me for me to be aware of the Police issue. The fact is the phone is lost, i have the case number and a sworn affidavit.

These were requested by one Sone Steenkamp and after receiving she says it has been rejected because of a "Time frame".
