Unpayed claim

It’s a pity I have to rate!joined this insurance in July September was involved in an accident They are refusing to pay for my claim and cancelled the policy saying that I didn’t tell them about my previous claims!when I joined I was asked how many accidents was I involved in in the past 3 years of which I said 2 went on to tell them I also claimed for a windscreen chip with previous insurance!now king price says I said only 2 claims and they don’t want to pay my claim!i asked for recordings they gave me the run around!now they are saying because I have submitted with ombudsman the recording I will get through them
