Unpaid insurance claim
I had a claim in October 2024 and until today 20th February 2025 my claim has not been sorted out. A truck bumped my car at southdale shopping centre belonging to JC Bakeries. Which was never my fault. In December 2024 the person from legal Natasha told me that Santam don't want to pay my claim and that they are issuing summons. Nothing has happened until today. I called Natasha 1 week ago and she told me that a team manager will contact me. No calls recieved until today. King price and there staff are ***********. Dont insure with them. You will sing for your money. They down right useless
