unpaid insurance claim

i joined king price when i bought my jaguar xe r-sport at umhlanga durban,in 2018 november,by 2019 march i was in an accident valuation was done.king price investigator never gave an clear answer why i got decllined except that i was underpaying.of which i was surprised.currently i am paying for the car that was written off.the investigator was Nico strause
