Unpaid Claims

Good day, My names is Kingsley, I owned polo sedan, on the 8 of April 2023 about 19:00 my car was parked at the road side parking next to my work place in Brakpan two car had a collision and one of the car a Ford Ranger wildtrack insured by King price insurance hit my car and damage all driver sides, since then I've been calling the king price insurance and they agreed for me to file a claim. After filling the third party claim on 20th of April to date I've been waiting for them to finalize the claim I have not been getting any positive response from King price insurance, all I was told is to wait and wait, the worst part is that am traveling 64km to work and back 6 days a week I can no longer afford the traveling cost on daily basis, the claim no, is CKP***/3 and the gentleman that I've been referred to is Dennis with number ***, I don't have more money to be transposing myself to work and am already loosing hours from load shedding now this car issues please I need a help.
