Unpaid Claim
I have submitted my claim on 15th November 2021 (CKP***/2) and they requested quotations which we submitted the same day and every time you phone they have not made a decision yet and then it is with the manager and still nothing. This vehicle is insured under business use but they clearly do not care if I can continue with my business or not. I have been warned against claiming from King Price before I chose King Price but I did not listen. They decrease your premium every month and clearly decrease their quality of service each month as well.
