Unpaid claim

They refuse to pay out my claim for my wedding ring which I have been ****** off. They asking me for receipt from 10 years ago Where must I go find that when I moved house 2 times I gave them case number Affidavit given and still they refuse they even closed the case. Sent pics they want whole album from 2013 is this even legal I dont even have an album Just got random pics Not like technology was so great back then for the most clearest picture Plus they think I take out pictures only to show my hands and rings which is so ridiculous First time had such poor service from King Price Thinking of moving now to another insurance
