Unlawull Dr orders after cancellation of Policy

I cancelled the policy on the 3rd February 2015 via email - no one came back to me. Then they proceeded taking off the debit orders (February 2015). It cost me to go to the bank to return and stop these debit orders. Now (March 2015) they have gone and taken debit orders of my bank account again. I am in the process of cancelling these debit orders as well. I think this is very ******** and ********* operation like this.
