Unkept agreement, with regards to co payments.

a Few months ago I were contacted by another insurance offering me a bettter monthly premium....which I did accept as I'm a pensioner having to make ends meet with Only my SASSA. Then I received this call from a consultant working for King Price. He then convinced me that with all the claim free years I'm with King Price it wouldn't be a good move to go to another insurance company and he bettered their premium. I was happy and accepted. Now I need to replace my windscreen that was chipped by a Coke lorry I found out that I had a co payment of R1250 on a R1700 windshield. Why do I pay for insurance on my vehicle for all these years?? The tradegy is that with my previous yearly review King Price made me an offer to take away my co payment as I never claimed and had a code 14 licence since 1981. Only now I realized that the consultant who called me to presuede me not to change companies must have changed the previous agreement which cancelled my co payments by re installing the co payments in order to give me a lesser premium to be in the run with the opposing company to be able to offer me a better premium.
