Unjustifiable Premium Increases

King price increased my premium by a whole R100, without my concern nor proper formal communication. Having sent an inquiry their consultant called me, a whole manager from the client care department can not provide reasons but only blames the system and they do not want to remove the extra R100 that has been added. I never thought King price robs their customers and I can never stay with such people. It's time to start looking somewhere else but my experience with King Price hasn't been a good one.
