Simply IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a standard contract with King Price, even when reported to the Ombudsman. Very, very frustrating. Never want to have to deal with the company or it's employees again. If you ask for them NOT to contact you telephonically, they will call multiple times during the day - WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE FACT THAT I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES WITH YOU DURING WORK TIME??!!
The company promises reduced insurance premiums as times go on. I honestly did not see any of those reductions, BUT the monthly insurance premium for the following year certainly takes any discounts / specials off at the new financial year. Don't believe what they say - "YOUR INSURANCE PREMIUMS DO NOT COME DOWN MONTHLY, AS ADVERTISED"! I'm almost sure this can be seen as ***** and false advertising?!!!!
