I have 3 vehicles comprehensively insured with kingprice and have for many years. I contact them to advise I'm not happy with increase in premiums as the vehicles have all depreciated in value yet they tell me they cannot assist. And I must pay the increased premium. So much for loyal service . Will be looking elsewhere soonest.

21 Sept 2023, 15:36Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. Our retentions team will be in contact to discuss.
