Unhappy with what i am paying for

I cant any more. The service is great when you get any. It took them 2 weeks to sort out half of my claim and what about the rest of my items? I do not know what to do any more. I have been paying them for the past 3 years. My first claim was ligthning damage and yes over dec... there service provider where there the same day to pick up my tv, ps4, hifi system+speakers and the wifi router...all good...then came the fight to get it back. And now we had every thing new delivered but the new ps4 does not switch on...***! New wold the service provider refuse to give us a new ps4 even though they have a return policy of 7 days and king price is doing nothing about it. Over and above all this, they are still to release my speakers back to me.... i am in hell. Why should i stay with a company that cant deliver on promises?
