Unhappy with King Price Service

My daughter was in an accident. King Price said to use Auto Magic. 10 days to repair. Go and fetch vehicle, colour ia different to the rest of the vehicle. Paint runs as well as rubber beading not on. I called and they will look into it. I sent an email to King Price Thursday, no one replies, resent Friday, still no response, I called and told them my issue, they gave me another email address i resent Monday and still nothing ?? My daughter has been without a vehicle for 15 working days and still nothing from auto magic or King Price. King Price, when i phone, tells us they have escalated it to Autos manager and they will advise. STILL NOTHING! We are definitely gonna change insurances
