Unhappy with King Price Insurance service

King Price insurance owed me a refund who was supposed to be paid on Monday 25 June 2018. Instead of paying my refund the took more money from my account. I called them and told them that they now owe me double of what they initially did because instead of paying me they took more money from me. When I call them to tell them this i keep getting different stories. It does not take a genius to figure out the error they made. Please pay me back what you owe me.
