UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - Old Items will never be insured by King Price ......but they will gladly take your insurance money to cover the said items....

I am very unhappy with King Price Insurance, we bought our 1st house more than a year ago and took out our Building and Home content Insurance with King Price.

We had severe storms in Dec 2020 and our fiber glass swimming pool cracked due to the heavy rain and the soil that shifted beneath the pool. When we claimed they came back and told us sorry the pool is old and rejected the claim.

Now in Oct 2021 we had very heavy electrical storms and our Aircon was damaged by lightning. They send out their own service provider to come and inspect the aircon. Their service provider confirmed that the damaged was caused by lightning. Luckily I also got a copy of the report. But again King Price stated that the aircons are old and therefore rejected the claim.

I have come to conclusion that King Price will not pay out any claims for any items they deem as OLD , so why am I paying insurance for those old items in the 1st place.....
