Unhappy Customer - No Feedback

I have had ridiculous service from King Price since submitting my claim on 12 April 2018. Nobody has the courtesy to pick up the phone to let me know what is happening and the SMS's received from them are very vague and not at all useful. Not only have I emailed them numerous times with no feedback received, but every time I've called nobody can give me a straight answer as to what the delay is. I had added 30 day car hire to my policy, thinking this would be more than enough time to complete the assessment and repairs on my vehicle (as was initially discussed with me the day I submitted my claim). Whenever I follow up, more and more excuses are made as to what the delay is, such is trying to find out who my previous insurer was - instead of calling me to confirm who I was insured with, I was told the process was to call every other well known insurer to confirm first. How ridiculous! And how is this a 4 day process? I rely on transport for my income as I'm a sales rep and cannot afford to be without a vehicle. My car hire is coming to an end this coming Friday and nobody has done anything to see to my email. Sending this to their complaints department has also deemed useless. Yesterday, an email was sent at 9:22 with no response. I sent another at 20:00, again, no positive feedback. Just an email stating that they will get back to me with feedback. I am utterly disgusted by the service. Being involved in a car accident is already bad enough as is, now to have to deal with this kind of treatment to get it sorted is aggravating.
