Unhappy customer
Not happy with the client service from King price insurance. O the 16 April spoke to consultant as I had a query regarding my premium and resorted have my policy terminated, she said she will refer the matter to the consultant that deals with police cancellations as to date I am still waiting for the call. On the 21 April I sent an email to have my policy cancelled to date I have not heard a response or anything. Taking up a policy was Easy but now it's a duck n dive play to have it cancelled. I'm really disappointed
