Unhappy customer
I updated my address when I moved to Sunwichport suburb in Port Shepstone and I only realized after I received a policy review letter that my address shows sunridge port and when I called to update the error and review my policy I’m told my premium will increase and I now owe the company as if that was my mistake
I am not happy with how my premium kept increasing after I was promised a monthly decrease, this is a real ****
