I insured my cellhone with kingprice, my phone screen cracked and they took a whole week without updating me of the outcome of the damage report, after the report the assessor compiled a false report stating things on my phone that he said do not work, I can prove that all those things still work apart from the cracked screen that I only see half.
the day my phone was returned I got a call from the kingprice salesperson to notify me that they will be removing my device from the cover.
my advice is never to insure with kingprice because they look for reasons to not pay.
