Unhappy Customer

<p>Still waiting on feedback on a claim for nearly 2 1/2 months - Home Insurance Customer Service!!! They promise me weekly that someone will phone me back, and here i sit another week has gone by and not one phone call from King price!!! I have been told a Manager by the name of Sheldon Hamula is supposed to phone me... but never does!!! So fustrated and upset by the lack of Good Customer Service! I pay you my hard earned money monthly and at least you can have the decency of phoning me when you say you are going to phone me and provide me the Service you have advertised and promised!!!!!</p>
