Unhappy Client
In the 24th of Feb 2022, I was unable to upload my monthly km's as I had issues with the app when trying to log in. I called King Price on Friday the 25th and advised them of this incident. The consultant was helpful who advised me, he spoke to his manager and confirmed that although the max debit order will go off on the 25th, I can still submit my Km's by the 25th and that King Price will credit me the amount. King Price was to debit the max amount which is R1199.00 of which the did. I was assured that I will receive a credit. I called today the 28th of Feb only to be notified that because I went over my average km's of 100, they cannot provide me with a credit or refund. I was also told that King Price is trying to do me a favor. The total Km's I did for the month of Feb was 459km's. The total premium should have been R586.22. Although I received confirmation, I see King Price is obviously not sticking to what their consultant advised me. On the 25th, the consultant did not mention anything about the average km's. He assured me that all will be fine as he received confirmation from his manager of a credit. Not happy with this and will be cancelling. Although I had issues logging in with the King Price app, no one seems to remember this. Its fine, you guys can keep the money. I see that when it comes to assisting clients that have issues and raise them immediately, King Price makes empty promises although calls are logged and recorded. Well done to the management team for sticking to your word with your staff. Once I have selected my new service provider, you will receive a cancellation letter. I just want others to be aware of this when dealing with King Price.
