Unhappy client

Having warranty plan with Kingprice is a waste of time and money, they will take more than 2 weeks to look into your matter for your warranty claim ,in between the time you will not even get any updates from them until you decide to check for yourself, only to say they can't fix your car at the end , now my question is why do you take so long to decide , do you even care about your clients or it's about Kingprice, I had to cancel my warranty plan because it did not serve any purpose, looking at the fact that it was my second claim and they were both denied
