Unhappy Client
I’m not happy at all. What happened to super cheap quotes? I joined King Price late mid Feb and I was advised that my premium price would bit their competitors. Fair enough I thought why not try them. My monthly payment was R850 when I took the insurance and because I started working from home in March I was then advised that it would decrease and if I go back to the office I should advise them and it wont affect my premiums that much, initially it did decrease from R850 to R832 and in March it decreased to R828. I have recently started working from the office and it will change from time to time ; one month at the office one month working from home. However I learned that what I was told in regards to the premium, was just a misleading. I’m now gonna be billed more than what I was advised that I will pay and on top of that I’m charged pro-rata again for making changes on my insurance. What sick games is King Price playing ? Is that what you guys call royalty service? I’d rather cancel and go back to my previous insurance if I’ll keep on paying pro-rata whenever I make changes to the insurance. The worse part is that I now pay more than what I was advised that I would pay. My vehicle kilometers have gone up and I'm on comprehensive insurance. Instead of premium going down as per their adverti*****t, it's actually escalating. What a reap off!!
